Wiser Connect and Compare4you are trading names of Contact Solutions Limited. Contact Solutions Limited is registered in England and Wales, company registration number: 06297500, whose registered office is at York House, 1st Floor, Edison Park, Swindon, England, SN3 3RB; referred to as we, us or our in this Terms of Business.

Contact Solutions Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Financial Service Registration Number 807181.

As part of the provision of its services, Contact Solutions Limited will be acting as a ‘controller’ (as such term is defined under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)) and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a controller with registration number ZA276103. These Terms of Business set out the services that we provide and our terms of use and your responsibilities. By using the services provided by Contact Solutions Limited, you are agreeing to the terms.

Contact Solutions Limited is a telephone lead trading business providing direct insurers and brokers with a facility to exchange new business leads for motor vehicle, home, commercial vehicle and business enquiries. For the consumer, we provide a telephone-based service to find and match one or more suitable insurance providers from our panel of insurers and intermediaries, who may wish to provide the consumer with an insurance quotation.

Our panel of insurance providers offer products from a wide range of Insurers for Private Car, Home Contents and Building Insurance, Motorbike, Commercial Vehicle, Classic Car, Travel, Pet, Minibus, Caravan, Motor Home, Kit Car, Taxi, Motor Trade, Business Risks and American Car. We are not contractually obliged to conduct insurance mediation.

We act on your behalf when finding suitable insurance companies who wish to provide you with an insurance quotation. The companies that we recommend and from whom you may purchase an insurance policy, will arrange and administer your policy.

The Service Provided

Our call centre will transfer you, with your agreement, to one or more companies carefully selected to offer a range of products to accommodate different types of insurance risk and requirements. All insurance product providers have signed a contract allowing them to provide quotations, which ensures they process your data legally and fairly. If you purchase an insurance product from the provider through our call centre, you shall be contractually bound with the provider company, not with Contact Solutions Limited.

The terms and conditions of the insurance product provider are not the same as those of Contact Solutions Limited and you should read them carefully to make sure you understand and agree with them. Any queries, issues, claims or complaints you may have about the product you have bought should be directed to the provider. Contact Solutions Limited offers you a way to easily shop for your insurance, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the products and services offered by the providers and their related terms and conditions are suitable for your needs. In the course of calculating insurance quotations, some providers may use a credit scoring system to search your credit information. Contact Solutions Limited does not carry out credit searches but may offer a transfer for a quotation to providers who may complete such a credit search in their provision of a quotation.

Terms of Use

No part of the Contact Solutions Limited service is or shall be deemed to constitute advice or a recommendation to purchase any particular product or service. All information provided via Contact Solutions Limited agents is for general information purposes only. We suggest that independent professional advice is obtained before you purchase any product and/or service, if you are in any way unsure that the product recommended by an insurance provider is suitable for your purposes. This insurance search and quote service is free to use and Contact Solutions Limited may receive fees and commissions from product providers for your telephone enquiry.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the Contact Solutions Limited agent and the product provider with accurate and complete information. If you give inaccurate or incomplete information, any policy that you purchase may be considered void and/or any subsequent claim might not be paid. Further, you could be liable for third party costs in the event of an accident if your insurance is invalid. If you are obtaining insurance quotations on behalf of someone else, you must have their permission to do so beforehand and you must have all the accurate information required to provide to Contact Solutions Limited and the product providers.

Calls made to or from Contact Solutions Limited may be recorded and monitored for staff training purposes or to improve our service to you. Calls are held securely and retained for a limited period.

How We Use Your Information

The information that we hold about you will be treated as private and confidential. Your personal information is collected and stored on a lawful basis and in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy at www.contact-solutions.co.uk for full information.

It is important that all your information is kept up to date and accurate. Therefore, please notify us of any changes. If you believe that there may be an error in the information that you have provided, please notify us to correct any inaccurate information in your records.

The information that you provide will be used to match you to and search for, suitable insurance companies who can provide you with an insurance quotation for your policy requirements.

Our Liability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that the service provided is accurate, we do not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever in contract, tort or otherwise or any loss or damage caused by or arising directly or indirectly in connection with any use or reliance on our telephone-based insurance search service except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights including, without limitation, all logos, trademarks, service marks, domain names, database rights, rights in design, rights in know-how, patents and rights in inventions (in all cases whether registered or unregistered and including all rights to apply for registration) and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in any jurisdiction in any information, content, materials, data or processes contained in or underlying its website and/or the service provided belong to Contact Solutions Limited. All rights of Contact Solutions Limited in such intellectual property rights are hereby reserved. Images on our website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without the written permission of their respective owner(s). No logos, trademarks or service marks appearing on the site may be copied, except as part of the text of which they form a part.

Any logos, trademarks, service marks and domain names and all related intellectual property rights, of the companies who may appear on the Contact Solutions Limited website, belong to those companies, and you may not reproduce them without their prior express written consent.
